Failing to act against an injustice means being complicit in it.
Marcus Aurelius warns that injustice arises not only from bad deeds but also from omissions. When we stay silent in the face of wrongdoing or fail to help when we can, we become accomplices. For instance, saying nothing when you witness harassment at work is a form of injustice through passivity.
