Lao Zi reverses the usual logic of accumulation: the more you give, the more you have—not materially, but spiritually. Giving creates abundance through relationships, knowledge, and inner fulfillment. A teacher who shares ideas doesn't lose them but deepens them. A generous person gains trust and gratitude, resources more valuable than hoarded objects.
