1. About the service

olivLaw Psychohistory is a multi-dimensional behavioral prediction system for Romania, the European Union, and the United States. The Platform aggregates public data (news, economic indicators, financial markets, OSINT sources), applies NLP processing, and generates editorial analyses, multi-agent simulations, and probabilistic estimates.

Some content is produced automatically by AI pipelines (language models, ARIMA/GARCH, Monte Carlo simulations) and reviewed by automated editorial gates. Content is provided for informational and research purposes; it does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.
• If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
• Access may be restricted in jurisdictions where our content would conflict with local law.

3. Accounts and authentication

Some sections (analytics dashboards, simulations, alerts) may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account. Notify us immediately at contact@vaultapps.ro if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. User conduct

• Do not access the Platform through automated means (scraping, crawling, framing) without prior written consent.
• Do not attempt to bypass technical protection measures, rate-limiting, or editorial gates.
• Do not use the Platform to spread disinformation, illegal or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party intellectual-property rights.
• Do not interfere with the integrity of our systems (DoS attacks, injection, exploitation of vulnerabilities without responsible disclosure).

5. AI-generated content and accuracy

Published analyses and summaries may be generated or assisted by AI models. We apply source-verification gates (Phase Q1) and mark passages that require additional citation. Nevertheless, content may contain errors, omissions, or interpretations that subsequently prove inaccurate.

Probabilistic estimates (forecasts, simulations, I&W scores) are model-dependent and do not constitute guaranteed predictions. Please independently verify critical information before making operational decisions.

6. Intellectual property

Except for content sourced from public references (explicitly attributed), all text, layouts, code, models, aggregations, and trademarks displayed on the Platform are owned by VaultApps S.R.L. (operator of the olivLaw brand) or used under license.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and read content for personal or internal research purposes. Republication, redistribution, commercial scraping, or use of the content to train other AI models is prohibited without prior written consent.

7. User-submitted content

If you send us feedback, comments, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use that content to improve the Platform. You shall never submit confidential or sensitive personal information through public feedback channels.

8. Paid services and subscriptions

Certain premium features (advanced analyses, B2G dashboards, GTM) may be available by subscription. Commercial terms (price, term, cancellation, refund) are detailed in a separate order or on the /pricing page and prevail over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

Payments are processed through certified providers (e.g., Netopia). We do not store full card data on our servers.

9. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, olivLaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

VaultApps S.R.L.'s total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months for the relevant service or, if no payment was made, EUR 100.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms or if your activity endangers the integrity of our systems or other users. We will provide notice of termination, when circumstances allow, by email or in-platform notification.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The current version is always displayed on this page with the revision date. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance by email or via a banner on the Platform. Continued use after the new version takes effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Data privacy

Processing of personal data is governed separately by the Privacy Policy. To exercise GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability), write to us at contact@vaultapps.ro.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to private international-law rules. Any dispute shall be settled exclusively by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

14. Final provisions

• If any provision of these Terms is held void, the remainder shall remain in force.
• Failure to exercise a right shall not constitute a waiver of it.
• You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
